Seth Jermy, junior (1695 - 1745), the son of Seth and Mary Jermy, who was for many years the Secretary to the Commissioners of the Victualling Office.
Full length portrait of him standing in a gentleman's brown coat, with white leather gloves, and a black hat under his arm. Wearing a dress sword and a white curled wig. He had hazel eyes, a ruddy complexion and fair hair. It was painted by "Phillips".
The painting was owned by the Rev. Frank S Bennett (1866 - 1947), the Dean of Chester.
