John Jermy (1676 - 1744), father by Mary Starkey, his second wife, of William Jermy of Bayfield.

Signature from his will; also his seals depicting his arms (right) and crest. He was elected sub-Steward of Great Yarmouth in 1712, and Recorder in 1734. Ten years later blindness and other infirmities obliged him to relinquish his position.
