According to Mee, by the east window were four painted coats of arms of the Jermy family, as well as some of their belongings; gauntlets, spurs, and two helmets with white birds on them.

However, it appears that Mee may have erred since both Cautley and Pevsner state that the helmets, etc belonged to the Barnardiston family.
